Tina (graphic design, PR, marketing, print management, photography, advertising)

Tina is Managing Director and founder of Four Degrees West. In 2002, after a career in Marketing & PR for the Business School at the University of Plymouth and as a senior level marketing communications professional, Tina set up Four Degrees West. She deals with web site development, graphic design for print, photography, print management, marketing, public relations and advertising. She is also the company's financial director.

Andy (design, coding, Internet marketing & support)

Andy is a company director at Four Degrees West and is senior website designer and developer. He has over 20 years of experience in IT management, web design, Internet marketing, video encoding, Adobe Flash animation, problem solving and customer support. His database skills include MySQL and Microsoft SQL SERVER.

Dave (analysis, design, development, implementation, support & maintenance)

Dave is a company director at Four Degrees West and has a vast range of practical and management IT experience including Web and Windows software development using Magic, C#, ASP, javascript and .NET. His skills include database programming, database administration, data migration & transformation, application testing & support, toubleshooting & maintenance, project planning & project management and disaster recovery. His database skills include MySQL and Microsoft SQL SERVER.

Paul (web developer - maintenance, coding, Internet marketing & support)

Paul is a web developer and deals with development, maintenance, updates and e-commerce. He is also a Google Adwords specialist.

Pawel (e-commerce)

Pawel builds our e-commerce sites and is a specialist in on-line shopping provision. He has six years of experiance with online applications and marketing. Pawel's skills include PHP, MySQL and AJAX. He also builds custom-coded and advanced e-commerce applications.

Katie (photographer)

Katie is studying photography at Plymouth College of Art and Design and works part time for Four Degrees West. She is a creative photographer and can be commissioned for photography work.

Terrence (content writer)

Terence worked in bookselling and publishing for many years. He is the author of several non-fiction photographic books, mainly on social history subjects. He's written website copy, brochures, advertisements, email newsletters, and press releases for book publishers, magazines, mail order companies, arts and heritage organisations, suppliers of technical services, and small high street businesses.

In 2004 he won the ECMOD industry award for the best new mail order catalogue. Highly experienced, Terence is as happy writing copy for technical and industrial clients as for restaurants and holiday cottages.

Dale (corporate/broadcast film producer)

Dale works closely with Four Degrees West in corporate and broadcast TV and film. He has produced numerous documentaries for BBC, ITV and Sky, including the factual programmes 'Between A Rock And A Hard Place', 'Ghosthunters', 'Water of Life', 'Out of this World' and 'Through The Lens'.

His corporate work has included high-end communications projects for clients ranging from Tesco and Easyjet to the Playing Fields Association and the Royal Navy. He began his career as a newspaper journalist, later becoming a TV correspondent and programme editor. He is also a published author, having written three non-fiction titles for UK publishers.
