An award-winning restaurant in Cornwall. Brett Camborne-Paynter, chef-proprietor, had a classical training from top restaurants including The Ivy, The Waldorf and The Four Seasons where he worked alongside Jean-Christophe Novelli. Brett's clean, no-nonsense approach is complemented by his team's attention to detail.
